Treatment Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services, treatments, and products provided by Bodyworks Beauty Salon Ltd (trading as Mind & Body Works). By booking an appointment or purchasing a product/voucher, you agree to the terms listed below.
Appointments & Booking
To enjoy your full treatment time and our complete sanctuary experience, please arrive on time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your treatment may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full treatment price will still apply. New clients may be required to complete a short consultation form so we can tailor and safely deliver your chosen service.
Cancellations & No-Shows
As a small independent business, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows may incur a fee of 50% of the treatment cost. We reserve the right to request a non-refundable booking deposit, which will be deducted from your final bill.
Health, Safety & Medical Conditions
Please inform us at booking of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, high blood pressure, cancer, heart conditions or recent surgeries. We offer specialised pregnancy massages safe for mother and baby (please state how many weeks pregnant you are). Massage is generally not recommended during the first trimester (first 12 weeks). For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse or adapt a treatment if we believe it may be unsuitable.
Patch Testing
A patch test is mandatory at least 48 hours before your first HD Brows, Lash Lift, Tinting or Eyelash Enhancement treatment. A new patch test is required if your medical history or medication has changed (including pregnancy) since your last visit.
Gift Vouchers
Valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Redeemable against treatments or products only – no cash alternative. Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced; please treat them as cash.
Personal Belongings
Mind & Body Works cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal items brought into the salon.
Children & Minors
To maintain our tranquil atmosphere and for safety, children may only accompany you if they are receiving a treatment themselves. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Mobile Phones
To preserve the peaceful environment for everyone, please switch mobile phones to silent or vibrate during your visit.
